MobiStor is covered under any manufacturing defect for 36 months from data of purchase from authorized partners. If no proof of purchase is provided, the warranty period will be considered to have started two months after the date of manufacturing.
Accessories are not covered under the warranty
Dstor warrants to the original enduser or their purchase of this product (“you”) that the product is free from defects in the material and workmanship, subject to condition stated herein, a period from the date of purchase of product in its original sealed packaging until the expiration date of the limited warranty as specified in the warrant policy ( refer to complete warrant policy for details. If no proof of purchase is provided, the warranty period will be considered to have started two months after the date that the product is manufactured. Dstor will, at its option, either (a) repair or replace the product with new or refurbish product of equal or greater capacity and functionality or (b) refund the current market value of the product at the time of warranty claim made if Dstor is unable to repair or replace the product.
However, in case of no-problem-found, though diagnostics, your product will be sent back to you. You should always back up any important data. This warranty is for the product only and to you only. It is not transferable.
The warranty stated herein shall not apply if a) the product was not used in accordance with any accompanying instruction b) the product was not used for its intended function and environment c) any failure of defect arose out of the presence of a third party product or software or component whether authorized or not, d) any failure or defect was a result of improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification or accident and e) there exist any other circumstance that Dstor determines is evidence of breach of this agreement by you. You agree that the product shall not be used in life support systems or other applications where failure could threaten injury or life. Dstor disclaims any or all liability in connection with, arising out of, or related to any such use of the product.
In addition, , Dstor is not responsible for any cost related to the installation or installation of the SSD for the purpose of upgrade or repair and for any cost related to the data recovery as a result of such operations.
Dstor warranty also does not cover product which by way of example, have been received improperly packaged, altered or damaged Product.
Dstor Technologies does not provide any warranty on data stored in Pincoy Mobistor under any circumstances. Dstor Technologies does not take any responsibility for mental or material damages etc. from any loss or recovery of any data stored in MobiStor.
Please check the proper conditions and methods stated in the USB connection guidelines of the device before using it. MobiStor may malfunction if not connected properly.
Its advisable to have proper antivirus program installed on your host system and update regularly to prevent any loss of data due to virus.
Please do not disassemble the product or damage, remove any sticker or labels/mark attached to product. The product warranty will be void if the user disassemble or damage the product or remove the label.
All repair must be provided through authorized service center of Pincoy.
Pincoy unique warranty service “Flying Boat Service” is doorstep warranty service for end customers.
Currently, where this service is not available, you can send drive to respective service centre in the country
Warranty service is available for the locally sold products only ( within same country). A product sold in different countries can not avail off warranty in another country.
